Featuring the Restorative Justice Practices in Schools Pre-Conference Workshop, April 11-13, 2018
The Idaho Juvenile Justice Commission and the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections is partnering with the State Department of Education to encourage the use of Restorative Justice Practices with youth in schools throughout the state by offering scholarships to school, law enforcement, and juvenile justice personnel to attend the 25th annual Idaho Prevention & Support Conference in Sun Valley. The conference offers a unique opportunity for school and juvenile justice professionals to interact with each other, and the agenda is packed with exceptional workshops. A one-day pre-conference workshop will be held to provide instruction and time for school/justice teams to learn how and why to implement restorative justice practices.
