We encourage Idaho residents to strengthen and educate your community through your own innovative social actions. We rely on individuals, schools, and organizations across our great state to rally the people within their communities to come together to educate others about mental illness and promote the fight against the stigma related to living with a diagnosis. National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day is a key strategy of the Caring for Every Child’s Mental Health Campaign (the Campaign), which is part of the Public Awareness and Support Strategic Initiative by SAMHSA, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
